What a great experience! I didn’t expect to find my wedding dress so quickly! Kylan was so professional, kind and such a fun person to work with! I had a BLAST trying on dresses with her. She made me feel comfortable and confident! <3 She listened to all my wants and needs and worked with me to find MY PERFECT DRESS!!!! I can’t wait to see her again when my dress gets in. Thank you again Kylan you and your shop are amazing!!!

I got my dress here and it is beautiful! Set an appointment ahead of time! They have someone to make alterations, however I opted for a more local Taylor as I live in OR. Thank you so much for making my dream a reality!!!

Absolutely terrible experience, this lady came at me with a KAREN ATTITUDE. I wanted to look for a potential style I liked but I was not ready to buy the same day because my guests did not come with me. She literally gave me 10 minutes to try on three dresses. Didn't even give time to observe. She told me to come back with an hour appointment when I'm ready. Their options suck and that lady was very unprofessional with her rushing manner towards me. I have never felt so uncomfortable and discriminated in my whole life. DO NOT RECOMMEND.Response to owner: Actually you interrogated me about whether I am considering shopping elsewhere as well. How would I know if I'm interested in your dresses or not if you gave me 10 minutes to try on three dresses and treated me like I am not worth working with. I did not ask for specific styles although I had a few in mind, I wanted to explore different options and know what I want to try for my bridal party when I return next time. And you gotta take "happily" out of your statement, you guys weren't happy that I was not purchasing on the same day. If it was pacsun clothing, I get it, but this is a WEDDING DRESS. I think you should fix your way of serving customers if you want more sales. Thanks for your wonderful reply, I will not be coming back <3

Your big day was absolutely amazing to work with for my wedding. I was really particular on the type of lace I wanted and they were able to customize my dress to my liking. The alterations lady has a very good turn around time and is very skilled what she does! Highly recommend!
